Returns

Here at Toffee Art we are confident you will be happy with your purchase but understand there may be reasons you may wish to return or exchange an item.  The returns policy is outlined below.  You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us of any issues you may have. Once 14 days has passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. 

To exchange or return an item please follow the instructions below:

  1. You must first contact us info@toffeeart.co.uk with your details including your name and order number.
  2. We will acknowledge your request and forward you details of the next steps. Please note items must be unworn/unused and be in the exact condition when purchased.
  3. Return the item/s as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days.  The items are your responsibility until they are delivered safely to us, it is important that you use a trackable delivery service (such as signed for Royal Mail) and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs for exchanges.

Each item will be inspected before a replacement is arranged or refund is issued.  Please note this is at our discretion. Original postage and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund if the return is due to a fault or error.   If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method.  You will receive a notification of this.  Please allow time for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note some clothing we offer is made to order. If an exchange is for clothing, please allow time for your replacement to be produced.
